·    Recent Utility Bill, Bank Statement, Council Tax document

* ONE of your referees must be permanently resident in Saint Lucia

Minor: (under 17 years of age)

·    Birth Certificate of applicant
·    Birth Certificate of Parent
·    Marriage Certificate of mother (if applicable)
·    4 Photographs
·    £20 cash fee

Other fees payable in Saint Lucia to the Ministry of Home Affairs:

Adult:

·    Five hundred and fifty (EC$550)  fee
·    Twenty five dollars (EC$25.00)  stamp duty

Minor:

·    Three hundred dollars (EC$300.00)  fee
·    Twenty five dollars (EC$25.00) stamp duty

The rate of exchange is generally available on the Saint Lucia Customs and Excise Department website - www.customs.gov.lc.

Please note that any applicant who files for citizenship under Section 6(i) and (ii) must be living in Saint Lucia, as the process entails a Police Interview as well as evidence of applicant’s marriage background.
