All new Saint Lucia passports are issued solely in Saint Lucia.  Applications are received by the High Commission in London and forwarded to the Immigration Department in Castries, Saint Lucia for the production/issuance of the passports.  The new passports are subsequently sent to the High Commission in London for dispatch to, or collection by, the relevant applicants.
